Itinerary
Day 1: Departing from your home area in the morning we travel to the Willowbank Hotel for a 4 nights stay dinner, bed and breakfast. During your stay you will enjoy 2 nights of entertainment.
Day 2: After breakfast, we travel to the historic town of Kilmarnock to visit Dean Castle, set within beautiful parkland, where you can explore the castle and its fascinating collections. Later, we continue to the elegant Dumfries House, renowned for its stunning interiors and Chippendale furniture, before returning to the hotel for dinner.
Day 3: After breakfast, we take the ferry from Largs to the Isle of Bute and visit the spectacular Mount Stuart, a magnificent Victorian Gothic mansion with magnificent gardens to explore. After time at leisure, we return to the hotel in the afternoon.
Day 4: After breakfast, we head to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of New Lanark, a beautifully restored 18th-century mill village set alongside the River Clyde. Enjoy time to explore the fascinating history and scenic surroundings before returning to the hotel for our final evening.
Day 5: After breakfast, we will set off on our homeward journey.
