Set in the heart of the historic market town of Alnwick, the White Swan is a charming, 300-year-old coaching inn that blends its unique heritage with superb accommodation. The hotel is probably best known for its Olympic Dining Suite which features the magnificent panelling, mirrors and stained-glass windows from the Titanic’s sister ship. All bedrooms are ensuite and have television, telephone, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities. This hotel does not have a lift.

Itinerary
DAY 1: Depart from your home area in the morning travelling to the White Swan Hotel for a 3 nights stay dinner, bed and breakfast. After dinner tonight enjoy entertainment which will be either a quiz or bingo.
DAY 2: Today's excursion takes us to the North of Northumberland across the causeway to Holy Island and the mysterious Lindisfarne Castle. Later we return making a stop in Bamburgh, with its mighty castle on the beach. Perhaps visit the Grace Darling Museum. After dinner tonight there will be bingo or a quiz as our entertainment.
DAY 3: After a leisurely breakfast, we journey along the Northumberland coast making our first stop in the pretty harbour of Seahouses. After enjoying a break here, we make our way back to Alnwick where you have some free time to explore the traditional market town. Before dinner tonight, we enjoy a Gin Tasting.
DAY 4: After breakfast we depart the hotel and begin the journey home.
Disclaimer:Please note the crossing of the causeway to Holy Island is governed by tide times. It may be necessary to amend this excursion.
