Itinerary

DAY 1: Departing from your pick up point we arrive at the beautiful Gretna Hall for our 4 night stay dinner, bed and breakfast.

DAY 2: This morning we head for Dumfries House, one of Britiains most beautiful stately homes and best kept secret. Set on 2,000 acres, this stunning Estate and 18th-century house, with its unrivalled collection of Chippendale furniture has something for everyone. We then have a leisurely drive heading for Moffat a bustling town in the heart of Southern Scotland. You will have free time to enjoy the rich heritage and history of the town.

DAY 3: We depart and head for Hadrian's Wall also known as the Roman Wall. The Wall was built to guard the wild north-west frontier of the Roman Empire. Discover the remains of the forts, towers, turrets and towns that once kept watch over the wall. On the way back we will have a short stop at the Gretna Outlet village which has over 50 outlets offering designer labels and cafes.

DAY 4: A scenic drive to the town of Keswick home to the Cumberland Museum and breath-taking mountains. We will enjoy some free time here before continuing to the Lake District. Observe the views of the Kirkton Pass before arriving for our sailing on the Ullswater Cruise.

DAY 5: After a leisurely breakfast we leave and head for home.
