DAY 1: Depart from your home area travelling to the Copthorne Hotel. Enjoy a 4 nights stay dinner, bed and breakfast. Tea/coffee and biscuits served on arrival.
DAY 2: This morning, we are joined by our tour guide for the day. We'll enjoy a journey around the North East, taking in filming locations for 'Vera' as well as Catherine Cookson Country, with various stops throughout the day.
DAY 3: Today we head to Bamburgh, with its mighty castle and beautiful coastline. We enjoy a break here where you can explore and enjoy lunch, before we head south to Seahouses for time this afternoon.
DAY 4: The day is yours to explore and enjoy Newcastle. Just a short walk along the quayside from your hotel is the Millennium 'Winking Eye' bridge and Newcastle's famous quayside. Enjoy a riverside stroll before maybe enjoying lunch in a quayside pub, or take a walk into the city centre for lunch and some retail therapy in Eldon Square Shopping Centre.
DAY 5: After breakfast, we leave and begin our journey home.
