Itinerary
Day 1: Depart from your home area in the morning travelling to The Queens at Chester BW Premiere Collection by Best Western. Enjoy a 4 nights stay with dinner, bed and breakfast.
Day 2: Today we travel to the seaside resort of Llandudno, a very popular destination. Don’t miss the chance to take a tram ride up to the top of the Great Orme where the views over the bay are tremendous. You may fancy a wander around the shops. The main street runs parallel to the promenade, or maybe just relax on the promenade and watch the world go by.
Day 3:We have a leisurely breakfast this morning before we enjoy free time in Chester. This historic city offers lots to see and do. Explore the unique ‘Rows’ of two-tiered shops or take a stroll around the City Walls. Meander down to the River Dee and maybe enjoy lunch in a riverside pub. Later, we enjoy a sightseeing boat cruise with commentary about the local area and its history.
Day 4: This morning we make our way to Port Sunlight where we enjoy a guided tour of Port Sunlight Village. Built by William Hesketh Lever for his factory workers and named after his famous Sunlight soap this is a superb example of how life used to be. We return to the hotel in the afternoon for a Cream Tea - including tea/coffee, two scones, clotted cream, butter and jam.
Day 5: After breakfast, we leave and begin our journey home.
