DAY 1: Depart from your home area in the morning travelling to the Garner Hotel Preston Samlesbury for a 1 night stay dinner, bed and breakfast.
DAY 2: After breakfast we begin the journey to our main hotel, the Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa for a 4 night stay dinner, bed and breakfast.
DAY 3: After breakfast, we will visit the historic Bletchley Park, home of the WWII codebreakers. Explore exhibitions, restored huts, and learn about the incredible work that helped shorten the war. In the afternoon, we'll head to Bicester Village, a luxury shopping destination offering designer brands at discounted prices - perfect for a relaxed browse or a stylish treat.
DAY 4: Enjoy a leisurely visit to the charming market town of Thame, known for its historic buildings and as a filming location for Midsomer Murders. Stroll through its picturesque streets and explore local shops and cafés at your own pace. Continue on to the riverside town of Marlow, famous for its elegant Georgian architecture and scenic views of the Thames. Take time to relax by the river, browse independent boutiques, or enjoy lunch in one of Marlow's welcoming eateries. We will then continue back to the hotel.
DAY 5: Spend the day exploring the historic city of Oxford, known for its stunning architecture and world-famous university colleges. Visit iconic landmarks such as the Bodleian Library, Radcliffe Camera, Sheldonian Theatre, and Christ Church Cathedral - a filming location for Harry Potter. Take time to enjoy the city's museums, including the Ashmolean, Pitt Rivers, and Natural History Museum. Enjoy free time to shop, relax in a local café, or stroll through the beautiful college grounds and riverside paths.
DAY 6: After breakfast we will depart and head to the Garner Hotel Preston Samlesbury for our overnight stay dinner, bed and breakfast.
DAY 7: After a leisurely breakfast we will begin our homeward journey.
