Itinerary
Day 1: Departing in the morning we head for the Winnock Hotel, Drymen. Enjoy a 4 nights stay with dinner, bed and breakfast.
Day 2: This morning we will begin our journey to Stirling, where we will visit the popular Stirling Castle. The castle is one of Scotland’s largest and most historically significant fortresses, perched atop an intrusive crag that forms part of the Stirling Sill geological formation. In the afternoon, you will have free time to explore Stirling at your leisure, with its wide range of shops, attractions and historic charm.
Day 3: Today we travel to Loch Katrine a stunning 8 mile freshwater loch set in breathtaking Highland scenery. Enjoy a relaxing two hour cruise aboard the historic Sir Walter Scott, where you can take in the spectacular views. You may even spot some local wildlife along the way! After your cruise we’ll make a stop at the lochside café, where you will enjoy a warming selection of soup and sandwiches.
Day 4: After breakfast we depart and head for Loch Lomond where you will enjoy a two hour cruise. Taking in the lochs, islands and mountain views this is not one to be missed. During the cruise we will have a short stop at Inch Cailloch where you will have time to explore before our return sailing. Please note a packed lunch is included for this trip.
Day 5: After breakfast we depart and head for home.
