Itinerary
Day 1: Depart from your home area in the morning travelling to Newcastle for our first stay of the tour, the Maldron Hotel. Enjoy a 2 night stays bed and breakfast. We have free time this evening to head into Newcastle for dinner.
Day 2: This morning we make the journey into Newcastle city centre. If you’re looking for some retail therapy, make sure to visit Fenwick’s and the Eldon Square shopping centre. Perhaps visit one of the many museums, galleries and attractions that litter the city centre like the historic Newcastle Castle, which tells the story of the city’s Norman roots. A walk along the Quayside with views of the modern Gateshead Millennium Bridge, with restaurants, cafes and pubs all around for your choosing.
Day 3: After breakfast we set off to our next location of the Copthorne Tara Hotel, London. Enjoy a 3 nights stay bed and breakfast. We have free time this evening to explore the capital city, with plenty of options for dinner.
Days 4 & 5: You will have 2 days explore London at your own pace.Why not visit some of the famous attractions! Nearby you’ll find the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum or perhaps venture into the heart of the city to visit the country’s national landmarks including the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Perhaps try some retail therapy in the famous stores on Oxford Street.
Day 6: After breakfast we set off to our final location of the Copthorne Hotel, Manchester. Enjoy a 2 nights stay bed and breakfast. We have free time this evening to grab dinner in the heart of Manchester.
Day 7: Today is a free day to explore Manchester, where you can hit the shops on Market Street or in the Trafford Centre. Visit attractions like the John Rylands Library, its neo-Gothic arches telling stories of the city’s rich past. This evening why not head to the Northern Quarter to enjoy the bars and restaurants often with live music.
Day 8: After breakfast, we leave and begin our journey home.
