Marvel at the vaulted ceilings, spectacular staircases and regal public areas of this stately building. Regular guests from long ago included Lillie Langtree and Charles Dickens. Itinerary
DAY 1: Depart from your home area in the morning travelling to Chester and arriving at The Queens at Chester BW Premiere Collection by Best Western. Enjoy a 4 nights stay dinner, bed and breakfast.
DAY 2: This morning we head into Liverpool where you enjoy free time to browse the Christmas markets and the superb One shopping complex. This afternoon, we join the Mersey Ferries ship for a cruise on the river Mersey, with spectacular views of the Liverpool waterfront, including the famous ‘Three Graces’.
DAY 3: Today is free for you to explore this ancient Roman city of Chester. Take in the sights and smells of the Christmas Market, marvel at the unique 2-storey ‘Rows’ of shops, or take a gentle stroll around the ancient Roman Walls. Late afternoon we return to the hotel for dinner.
DAY 4: Our morning takes us to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet the perfect place for some Christmas shopping! Later, we return back to the hotel for cream tea (scones, jam, clotted cream, butter & tea/coffee) and time to relax before our evening meal.
DAY 5: After breakfast, we leave and begin our journey home.
