DAY 1: Departing from your home area in the morning, we head to the Garner Hotel Preston Samlesbury for an overnight stay dinner, bed and breakfast.
DAY 2: After breakfast we will begin our journey to the Aztec Hotel and Spa for a 4 night stay dinner, bed & breakfast.
DAY 3: Today we head to the magnificent home of the Lansdowne Family, Bowood House, which lies in 100 acres of one of the finest examples of Grade 1 listed 'Capability' Brown parkland. Explore the historic house with its rich and fascinating history. In the afternoon we head to the historic town of Chippenham. Perhaps relax in John Coles Park or visit the local museum for a taste of heritage. We return to the hotel later in the afternoon.
DAY 4: Today we will travel to the stunning. city of Bath - a delight at any time of year. Whether you want to get lost in Austen, visit a Roman Bath, discover the Abbey or take your own rooftop thermal bath in the modern spa, there are choices galore. For a tasty treat, try a Sally Lunn Bunn, serving the same delicious recipe since 1680, or shop until you drop in the fantastic range of shops and boutiques that line the beautiful mellow stone streets.
DAY 5: Today we head to Bristol for free time. Perhaps visit the bustling Harbourside area with a hive of activity including shopping, entertainment and Sunday markets. Why not take a boat cruise for a water's eye view or visit the SS Great Britian, Brunel's ship that changed the way we travel today, which is back in the dry dock it was actually built in!
DAY 6: After breakfast we will depart and begin our journey to the Garner Hotel Preston Samlesbury, for an overnight stay dinner, bed and breakfast.
DAY 7: After breakfast, we leave and begin our journey home.
