The Highlander Hotel, Newtonmore 3*

The main stay is in the picturesque Highland village of Newtonmore at the Highlander Hotel. A delightful hotel where the restaurant, bar and lounge are warm and welcoming and during your stay entertainment is provided on one evening. All bedrooms are en suite, and have television, hairdryer & hospitality tray. This hotel does not have a lift, ground floor rooms available on request.

Itinerary

DAY 1: We arrive at the Highlander Hotel in time for a mulled wine and mince pies. 4 nights stay dinner, bed and breakfast. We enjoy entertainment on three evenings during our stay.

DAY 2: Today we make the journey to Fort William. Enjoy the town's dramatic setting on the shores of Loch Linnhe under the mighty bulk of Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain. Attractions within the town include the West Highland Museum, which houses a large collection of Jacobite memorabilia. We spend the day here before returning to our hotel later with beautiful views of the Scottish Highlands. Tonight we enjoy a 'Christmas Dinner'followed by evening entertainment and a visit from Santa with small gifts for everybody.

DAY 3: We have a morning excursion to the beautiful Glenmore Forest Park and the Cairngorm Ski Centre. We also have a chance to visit Aviemore for lunch and perhaps some shopping before returning to the hotel. Tonight, we enjoy a 'Hogmanay Dinner' followed by evening entertainment.

DAY 4: Enjoy a hearty breakfast before we head for the Highland capital-Inverness where we have the remainder of the day to explore at leisure. Afterwards, we return to the hotel for dinner and our final night of hotel entertainment.

DAY 5: We head home after a leisurely breakfast.

Please be aware all of our rooms are released back to the hotel approximately 4 weeks to the departure date. We recommend that you book atleast 2 months prior to the holiday to secure your booking.
