Peebles Hydro Hotel 4*

Our hotel for this tour is the Peebles Hydro Hotel. Built in 1878 as a health Spa, the original building was destroyed by fire and subsequently rebuilt in 1907. Today the hotel is part of the Crieff Hydro group and offers excellent facilities including swimming pool, restaurant and all the modern-day luxuries you would expect from a hotel of this standard. This hotel has a lift.

Day 1

Departing from your pick up point, we will head for the Peebles Hydro for 4 nights dinner, bed and breakfast.

Day 2

Today we have a free day to spend in Scotland's capital city of Edinburgh. An opportunity to discover the many attractions or the shops on Princes Street. The city is dominated by the magnificent Edinburgh Castle and is the most visited attraction in Scotland.

Day 3

Spend your day at your leisure taking full advantage of what the hotel has to offer.

Day 4

After a leisurely breakfast we head to Hawick for the day. Hawick is the farthest town from the sea in Scotland. The town boasts many shops with a large selection of cashmere. It also has many attractions such as a 16th-century tower House, Wilton Lodge Park and a walled garden. We then return to the hotel in the afternoon.

Day 5

After breakfast we head for home.
