Itinerary
Day 1: Departing from your pick-up point, we will head for the Hilton Aberdeen TECA for a 3 nights dinner, bed and breakfast.
Day 2: Today we enjoy a scenic drive through beautiful Royal Deeside, renowned for its stunning landscapes and royal connections. We visit Balmoral Castle, the Scottish holiday residence of the Royal Family. Please note that admission includes access to the grounds, gardens and Ballroom. We then continue to the attractive Victorian village of Ballater, where there will be free time to explore before returning to the hotel.
Day 3: After breakfast, we travel to Peterhead Prison Museum, a fascinating former prison that offers a unique insight into Scotland’s penal history through interactive exhibits and authentic prison buildings. Following our visit, we head into Aberdeen, where you’ll have free time to explore the city at your leisure. Perhaps visit the historic Old Town, browse the shops, or enjoy a stroll along the waterfront before returning to the hotel for dinner.
Day 4: After breakfast we travel to the charming coastal town of Stonehaven. Enjoy free time to explore the picturesque harbour, browse the local shops or relax in one of the town’s cafés. We then rejoin the coach and begin our journey home.
