Day 1

Depart from your home in the morning, travelling to Durham, arriving later afternoon at the Radisson Blu, Durham. Enjoy a three night stay- dinner, bed and breakfast.

Day 2

Today you will have a free day to explore all that Durham has to offer.

Day 3

This morning we head a short distance to Beamish, the world-famous living museum of the North. Here you can live the story of life in North East England during the 1820's, 1900's, 1940's & 1950's. Board one of the trams, horse-drawn carts or trains and visit the 1900s traditional sweet shop, explore the 1940s wartime farm or disappear down into the 1900s mine at the pit village.

After breakfast we leave and begin our journey home
